What if my logo doesn't translate well to a woven label?

We'll tell you before you commit. If your logo has gradients, fine type under 4pt, or more than 4 colors, we redraw it for woven production and send the adjusted version with the mockup. You approve before anything goes into production.

What if the first batch arrives and something's wrong?

We remake it. If the colors don't match the approved mockup, the grip is off, or sizing is wrong, we produce the batch again at our cost. This has happened twice in the last 300 orders, both remade within four weeks.

Can I order 50 pairs first, then scale up?

Yes. 50 pairs is our minimum and it exists for exactly this reason: test on members, see how they sell, then reorder. Reorders skip the mockup step and ship in 2–3 weeks instead of 3–4.

Do you do socks for yoga and barre studios too?

Yes. The Mid Rise is the most-ordered cut across Pilates, yoga and barre. For barre we usually recommend the same cut with a denser grip pattern; we'll suggest the right setup once we see your studio.
